on the road again

It's 6 a.m. and my family is about to drive me to my driver. We're in Quincy; he's in Jamaica Plain with his hosts.  He wants to be on the road by 7 for our 12-hour drive to Toronto. I was thinking I would try to write a blog this morning before I start but my body and mind are a bit sluggish.  Tomorrow, then, if we're lucky.

Tomorrow. The word raises shivers of anticipation - or apprehension? - as I begin a new list of things that must be done.  List, yes.  I have been pretty list-less this week.

Am I eager to plunge back into the fray?  Not quite.

Tune in tomorrow.

Have a good one.
