I lost it. I was a total lump. I sat and watched a couple of rom-coms. And I felt better physically—for a while—than I have felt for a couple of years—okay, three or four.
I didn’t realize it right away. I was in the kitchen starting to cook dinner for a guest when I was aware of something different. I wasn’t in pain: no aching hip joints., no tired stiff thigh muscles, lower back just fine. So I went on cooking. I had a lot to prepare, from scratch and it felt good to be working. I wasn’t just hanging on until I could sit or lie down. So I kept on working.
Big mistake.
I did too much yesterday and by the time I went to bed the aches and pains had returned. I had a good day, though.
Today I’m tired-sleepy again.
Pain is very tiring.
