I tried to exercise yesterday, but I didn`t do veery well. I kept getting dizzy and my muscles, if you can call them that, were painfull and stiff and uncooperative. I was ttired the rest of the day.
The next day, yesterday, I didn`t do much, like, very little,, like nada.
So today I planned to do the whole rroutine., starting at 10.30 a.m. I lay down for ten minutes before I went to the exercise room…and woke two hours later, in time for lunch.
After lunch I went fo Sit and Stretch
. I was alone but the director was there and kindly took me on for the half hour.
You`d have thought I hadn`t done a thing for a year, I was so stiff and slow and achey .And yes, of coures, I had a nap after that.
Another lost day.
