taking a breath

I hope I will have time to do my blog today.

Don’t hold your breath.

I’ll try….

The fact is I’m getting slower and slower—physically—and I need more time off, aka naps. Soon, not yet, I will forgive myself— with difficulty. I’m very demanding. (My body is winning, though.) And I am learning to say no, which we all have to do because there is more and more stuff to say no to.You must have noticed: webinars, podcasts, virtual performances, readings, lectures and chats. To say nothing of the news. Some things are easy to resist. Others offer material on something you’ve always had a vague interest in and…no, No, NO!

The world is too full of a number of things and we don’t have that much time. As for the people who are offering these delights, where and when do they find the time?

We still live in a finite world, don’t we?

So I forgive you if you don’t have time to read me. I rarely have time to write anyway.

That’s it.
