Tuesday: sliders, corn on the cob
Wednesday: sushi (cucumber rolls), shrimp tempura, asparagus, rice
Thursday: grilled chicken drumsticks, roasted parsnips, spinach and strawberry salad
Friday (tomorrow): mushroom stir-fry (rice, lots of veg)
I’m still reading recipes, trying to keep up with the leftovers. I made sweet potato pancakes yesterday morning, using up sweet potato porridge, using up sweet potato pudding, using up too many sweet potatoes.
It’s never-ending.
