menu list

I write more lists for food than for anything else these days: menu plans, grocery lists, order lists, leftovers plans, and so onand I read recipes..

So I’ll give you my menus for the last week.

Victoria Day: socially distant courtyard picnic lunch for Matt’s apt. mate: tomato juice, chicken salad wraps, bread & butter pickles, grape tomatoes, ice cream bars. I forget what we had for dinner.

Tuesday: shrimp and zoodles (spiralized zucchini) with pesto, broccoli.

Wednesday: Matt cooked: Lean Cuisine, with cooked green beans added to enlarge two packages.

Thursday: Double Header for the Jets. We ate between the games: wine and nibbles (blue cheese & crackers and celery) e have fruit for dessert every night, combinations of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, with maybe, vanilla yogurt, banana, , etc.

Friday: chicken livers and tons of onions, baked potatoes, green beans amandine

Saturday: fish (sautéed) wrapped in tortillas with salsa, chpped romaine lettuce, grated cheddar cheese

Sunday: lamb chops, asparagus, sweet potatoes

Monday: little meatballs (store-bought) in (homemade) pasta sauce & spaghetti with Parmesan cheese. I was too tired to make a salad (finished cleaning the balcony)

It’s the last day of May! I have to put in a grocery order.
