log boom

I took a picture of my Paper Desk, that is, of the papers on my Paper Desk and yesterday I tried—tried and tried and failed—to put it in my blog but I am very weak at techie stuff and it’s sitting on the desktop but I can’t get it to transfer to the blog. In the meantime i have been peeling away the pile(s). I’ve culled and sorted and tossed but it still looks like a mess, just re-arranged. There are smaller piles, spread out, awaiting further attention, writing and filing attention. It’s very tiring.

I read somewhere that we are capable of making just so many decisions a day and after that limit has been passed we flap in the breeze of shilly-shallying. I’ve probably written a blog about it but it’s worth another or three. I have created a blog boom.

“A log boom is a barrier placed in a river, designed to collect and or contain floating logs timbered from nearby forests, sometimes called a fence or bag. The term is also used as a place where logs were collected into booms, as at the mouth of a river.” Wikipedia

Next is a blog jam.
