onward with Covid-19

My son Matt and I are in lock-down together, hoping that we survive. Well, I’m hoping. He’s just enjoying my classic old VHS movies while my machine and rewinder still work.

The death rate for persons over 80 is 15%. I am 89, as you know, so I’ve been thinking of my next book, that I should get a move on and launch into it while there’s still time but I have a headache and I’m tired. Another cliché: “My get-up-and-go has got up and went.”

But I will think about it today. I won’t wait until tomorrow.
