Transitions are difficult, not just the transfer from one place to another but also the transfer of attention from one project to the next, with all the attendant interim fiddles, like laundry, mail, banking, groceries, all that stuff. And then there's one own physical self one has to deal with, like, I am tired.

That means I am encountering a little reluctance in re-focusing, transferring my attention to the next task(s) ahead of me. Not to mention Christmas.

And you, Dear Blog, are a task. Not that I am not committed to you, but at this moment in time, you do not have my undivided attention. I have to figure out what I'm going to do next.
