icelandic sheep

I’m the new newsletter editor on the Board of the Icelandic National League of North America. Last week I followed up a lead on a story I think my readers will enjoy, about Icelandic sheep farming in Canada.I just happened to be going to Beaver Valley for a few days and I knew that my hostess has a near neighbour (I didn’t know how near!) who raises Icelandic sheep, so I asked for an interview. My fellow guests, all writers, came along and it turned out to be the highlight of our retreat. And a bonus for me because they know how to make their phones take pictures, so I got some pictures for my story. If I can I’ll try to send you one - not easy for me, you understand.

what's normal?

People keep saying “Ill be all right once things get back to normal.” What’s normal?

I’ll be all right once I get back to blogging. Soon. Maybe even today. I’m back from Beaver Valley where I went on an indulgent retreat, solving problems as we drank wine, and met some Icelandic sheep. If I can i’ll show you a picture, but don’t count on it. I’ll tell you some of the meaty problems we discussed, for you to think about, too. Comments are welcome.
