it's over easy day

—the closest thing I can get to a soft-boiled egg.

I love a runny yolk.

Usually I have two eggs but some morinngs I have three. Then i don’t eat lunch.

Iit’s going to be a lovely day.

where did we go?

When is now?

Later….

it’s alwys later, but then, now is always right now. You can’t do better than that.

And I’m here, now.

Yesterday I was full of resolve, and determined to make a good start on my elusive book. but two days of serioius exercise stopped me—delayed me—I had to nap more to get through the day, and the fact that I was up till 2;30 A.M. the night before yesterday slowed me down as well (watching a movie).

My circumstances are different than they ever were before. I’m in a different place, in a different chair with different interruptions, and my body and brain are different—

AGING.

Not to be daunted—well, maybe a bit daunted—but I do have to adapt to a changing-changed-environment. Today will be better.

My next blog will be memorable.

I hope….

NOPE

I just read your comment, Pat. I am taking every exercise program offered here in my residence: three half hour sessions every morning and then I want to sleep. (Some times I do but not on Egg Days)

I don’t get over being stiff the next day. I want to to get my strength back and I want to be able to walk to the stores two blocks away.

I HAVEN’T BEEN IN A STORE FOR AGES.
