Something serious might happen today. I’ve had a very relaxed (aka time-consuming) swim with a neighbour who is a little more damaged than I am but whose knowledge and will are greater and stronger than mine.
So I learned more things to do with my feelings, and legs and feet.
I’ll bake for her, while my arms last.

The daughter of my late best friend is coming for tea this afternoon. Miilestone! A happy one.
I knew she was coming, but I didn’t know that my son Mathew is going to have surgery on Friday.
