g'day

No promises, but I’lll try.

I have never been less prepared for Christmas

BUT—

—my son John just brought me a LIVE tree in a pot, that I can nurture and hope to raise on the balcony until next winter when I will have it for my TREE for Christmas, 2024.

I have a new goal in life!!!

it was a lovely day

Getting better all the time. Me and the days. With people and appointments and work to do, I am tired but I tell myself I’m getting stronger, and I am. Yesterday—last night, after 7 p.m.—Sam wrapped my vulnerable leg in adhesive Gladwrap (?) and left the other one unwrapped so I can put a plastic garbage bag on my Gladleg and enjoy a shower and shampoo. Bliss. Soon.

This has been a busy week, so I’m slow. But steady….

I had a visitor who came at 1 p.m. and stayed untl after 3. By then I was hungry for lunch. And sleepy. I have to figure out what to do with the rest of this day….

This is not a normal day. It never is.
