I have a cavity. I have to go back to the dentist this afternoon. So you may not see me again until tomorrow.

the morning after
Yesterday was hard. I did too much and I’m in more pain today. I put the groceries away when they arrived and I started a beef bone broth with the soup bones I’d ordered. I’m roasting beets, going out to dinner in the building, Want to make guacamole to take. I swam. I’m tired.
Have to clean the humidifiers, get the mail.. Lie down.
Have to think.
