comment on comments

If any of you read the comments to my blog you will be aware of my friendly commentator, Pat. You know as much about her as I do. I don’t have her email address to reply personally. I do appreciate your comments, Pat. The latest one gave me an idea.

Colour-coding.

You say you use colour-coding to help you put your priorities in order. I have run out of arrows, also circles and boxes and underlines. My diary begins to look like a graphic novel, but there’s no narrative, no adventure, no action, no sex.

Food, though. I’m going to swim before breakfast.

oops christmas is coming

Have to do something about that.

I began by swimming (only 4 lengths) and exercising (in the hot tub). I’m tired now but I feel more human, human enough to write my generic letter, I hope, and my in memoriam to my travel friend. My new cleaning help isn’t coming today so I will have time.

Time is not the problem. I am.
