It’s not what you think. I went to Hamilton driven by a friend to see a coup[e of friends. My recovery time is slow. I didn’t do anything on my return.

Well, I managed to force myself to the pool by 8 a.m. to swim and then exercise in the hot tub. I wrote some essential emails and a couple of essential personal letters. I prepared to go and meet Matt—unconfirmed because he never calls—but the cab didn’t come.
Was it a sign?
So i came up for a nap, couldn’t sleep. I figured out what to have for dinner, sat down and thought.
What next?
Reqd the mail. That didn’t take long.
A walk? It’s a lovely day. My back and legs hurt. I’ve run out of get-up-and-go. (Old joke: '“It got up and went”)
This is old age. You have to be wary. Stop it if you can—in its tracks.
