sins of omission

There are many.

Save and punish.

My plans to catch up with some of my unfinished work went totally awry. My friend and mentor brought me a loaf of sourdough flax-seed bread this morning AND a print-out of the manuscript of the first draft of his new “non-fiction novel”. So of course I read it, and we will discuss it tomorrow. So, there remain files and more files, my INLNA letter, my Paper Desk, my GST I won’t even mention, plus plus plus. Time goes on.

And on, anon.

happy new year

I’ve said it before and I guess I say it every year: September/Labour Day seems more like the new year to me than January first, with new plans, new resolves, new opportunities—I hope—oh, I do hope so. Heaven knows we need them this year of all years.

Hang in there, readers, friends, lurkers, all !
