I returned from my tax reckoning this morning, full of myself and my own pressures. When I came into the outer room of the lobby, I saw a hockey stick leaning against the window and I teared up.

I returned from my tax reckoning this morning, full of myself and my own pressures. When I came into the outer room of the lobby, I saw a hockey stick leaning against the window and I teared up.

But barely, barely here. Today was gathering time, gathering the papers to put them in order and present them to my taxman in the morning. A hard, hard day. It's not just juggling the numbers and finding the relevant receipts, it's reliving my life in 2017. I'll have to think about it if I'm going to remember and assess it.
We'll see.....
