one more thing

This is what I forgot to remember yesterday: STRIDE!

An elderly friend told me this, something she had been told years ago.  Step out when you walk, that is, stride. Your balance will improve and you'll be less likely to fall. you see old people taking little bitty steps. Not good.

Brace yourself. Here comes another list:

 

Facebook is too time-consuming.

Never spit in a high wind.

Back up back up back up.

Read labels carefully.  All of them.

Use up your leftovers, but - 

Never throw good food after bad.

If friendliness seems to fail try to be more friendly.

 Watch your RBF. You never know who might be watching.

Make a list.

Make another list.
